What is e-mail stationery and why do I need it?

In today's world, email has become the main form of communication between businesses and their customers. When we send an email, we are not only sending a message, but also an image of our company and personality. E-mail Stationery is an HTML template for your Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail or Apple Mail, created to match your website or printed stationery.

How do e-mail templates work?

When you send a new message, Microsoft Outlook will encase your email inside your new email template. It will only include your template for NEW emails, not replies or forwards. Your template can include links to your website, specials on products or services, anything you deem important information for your email recipients.

How hard is it to setup?

Piece of cake. Setting up Outlook, for instance, just unzip your email template package into your C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery folder, then select the template from the dropdown in Outlook
