These Terms & Conditions govern the use of RankBuilder SEO Pro, a managed SEO content publishing service provided by Trig Web Design, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing to RankBuilder SEO Pro, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Provided

RankBuilder SEO Pro is a fully managed SEO content and website optimization service designed to improve a website's long-term organic search visibility.

Depending on the selected plan, services may include:

• Website setup and integration
• AI-assisted SEO content creation
• Content publishing
• SEO title and meta description optimization
• Google Structured Data (Schema.org)
• AI-generated featured images
• Internal linking
• Google and Bing sitemap updates
• Search engine indexing support
• Ongoing monitoring and optimization
• Technical maintenance of the RankBuilder platform

The Company reserves the right to improve or modify these services as the platform evolves.

2. No Guaranteed Rankings

Search engine rankings are influenced by hundreds of factors beyond the Company's control.

While RankBuilder SEO Pro is designed to strengthen your website's authority and improve its organic visibility, Trig Web Design, LLC does not guarantee first-page rankings, specific keyword positions, traffic increases, or sales results.

3. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Maintain an active website.
• Provide administrator access when required.
• Maintain website hosting and domain ownership.
• Notify us of significant website changes that may affect SEO.
• Ensure all published content accurately reflects their business.

The customer is ultimately responsible for reviewing published content and notifying us of any inaccuracies.

4. Monthly Plan

The Monthly Plan includes:

• FREE Setup & Integration
• One-Time Platform Activation
• Monthly Managed SEO Service

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

The monthly subscription may be cancelled at any time.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not generate refunds for previous payments.

5. Annual Plan

The Annual Plan includes:

• FREE Setup & Integration
• Twelve (12) months of RankBuilder SEO Pro

Annual memberships renew only with customer authorization.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are due in advance.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services until the account becomes current.

Returned payments or payment disputes may result in service interruption.

7. Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation does not entitle the customer to a refund for services already performed.

Any content previously published to the customer's website will remain the property of the customer.

8. Refund Policy

Because RankBuilder SEO Pro includes immediate setup, website integration, software activation, and ongoing professional services, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

If a billing error occurs, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

9. Ownership of Content

All content published to the customer's website becomes the property of the customer upon publication.

The RankBuilder SEO platform, software, plugins, workflows, automation systems, prompts, and proprietary processes remain the exclusive property of Trig Web Design, LLC.

10. Third-Party Services

RankBuilder SEO Pro utilizes various third-party technologies including artificial intelligence providers, search engines, website platforms, and other online services.

The Company is not responsible for interruptions, outages, policy changes, or functionality changes made by third-party providers.

11. Service Availability

Although we strive to provide uninterrupted service, temporary outages for maintenance, updates, software improvements, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

12. Limitation of Liability

Trig Web Design, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of RankBuilder SEO Pro.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the customer during the previous twelve (12) months.

13. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Continued use of RankBuilder SEO Pro constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
